Key Account Manager
BJUTIP is growing its commercial team. We are looking for a results-oriented Key Account Manager to build and develop long-term partnerships with e-commerce players, retail chains, and travel retail operators across Europe. You will be the face of BJUTIP to some of our most important clients — and a driving force behind our expansion.

About the Role
As Key Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of strategic B2B clients — from onboarding through to long-term account development. You will identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate terms, and work closely with our sourcing and logistics teams to ensure every partner receives a premium, reliable experience. This is a role for someone who thinks in relationships, not transactions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts across European markets.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new partners in e-commerce, retail, and travel retail.
- Lead commercial negotiations — pricing, terms, volumes, and long-term agreements.
- Understand each client's business and proactively propose tailored brand and stock solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sourcing, logistics, marketing) to deliver seamless service.
- Track account performance, forecast demand, and report on pipeline and revenue.
- Represent BJUTIP at industry fairs and partner meetings when relevant.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development — ideally in beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or premium distribution.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a consultative mindset.
- Fluent English; any additional EU language (German, French, Italian, Polish) is a strong advantage.
- Commercial acumen — comfortable reading margins, forecasts, and deal structures.
- A proactive, ownership-driven personality with excellent follow-through.
- Bonus: existing network within European beauty, perfumery, or retail channels.
