E-commerce Specialist

BJUTIP is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to take ownership of our e-shop and product catalog. You will be responsible for keeping our store well-structured, our product data accurate, and our assortment consistent as we scale our cross-border operations across European markets. What you'll be doing

• Managing the e-shop – taking care of product pages, categories, content, and the overall look & feel so that everything makes sense to both customers and search engines
• Managing the product assortment – setting up new products, keeping prices, descriptions, and attributes in order, and ensuring consistency across language versions
• Working closely with marketing, logistics, and purchasing to stay on top of what's happening on the e-shop and where we're headed
• Suggesting improvements and optimizations – you're the person who notices what's not working and comes up with solutions
• Keeping an eye on trends and competitors, and bringing fresh ideas into our store

Who we're looking for

• Previous experience in e-commerce in a similar role (medior level+)
• Hands-on experience managing an e-shop.
• Strong English – you'll be in daily contact with suppliers and brands abroad
• Attention to detail – product data, descriptions, and images need to be spot-on
• Self-driven, with the ability to organize your own work
• Analytical mindset – comfortable looking at numbers and drawing conclusions from them
• Interest in perfumes and beauty is a plus, but not a must ????
